1. Product Description

KeyKey Wallet is a hardware cryptocurrency wallet in the form of an NFC-enabled card. Our product is designed exclusively for cold storage purposes.

• The wallet stores private keys offline using NFC technology
• The wallet does NOT include swap, exchange, or purchase functionality
• The wallet is compatible with third-party applications (such as Edge Wallet) for transaction signing
• Users are solely responsible for securing their recovery phrases and PIN codes

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using KeyKey Wallet, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your recovery phrase (seed phrase)
• Protecting your PIN code
• Physical security of your wallet card
• Any transactions made using your wallet

4.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to cryptocurrency regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and products are owned by A2 TECH LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency due to user error, including but not limited to lost recovery phrases, forgotten PINs, or physical loss of the wallet
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
• We do not guarantee the value or stability of any cryptocurrency stored using our product

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the security-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been activated or the security seal has been broken. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2 TECH LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
